Ganke is an intelligent and driven but socially awkward boy, at times misreading situations and saying something innapproriately sarcastic. He struggles to stay true to his own beliefs and interests because he feels the need to go with the crowd in order to not be left behind, but this only makes him feel more alone and unhappy. His own hobbies include playing too many video games, complaining about his responsibilites, and hacking his way into places he shouldn't be.

Growing up as an only child to a single mother, Ganke has always had a lot of pressure to be perfect and strive for greatness, resulting in mild perfectionism that he struggles with to this day. It's cost him a few friends, fun opprotunities, and overall happiness. It's also led him to being too nosy for his own good, which makes him come off as a tad paranoid, especially when it comes to his crush, Maya. But she so obviously has a huge secret— one that he needs to find out.
